Can I color/dye my  lace front wig?

Yes, you can style, cut, color or highlight your lace front any color that you wish. Your lace front is %100 Human Hair so the only limit to what you can do with it is your imagination. Here are a few color samples to choose from.

How do I attach my Lace Front wig?

Lace Fronts are attached with adhesives and/or tapes. If you are new to wearing lace wigs, you may want to use a liquid adhesive such as Ultra Hold, Secure, or Invisibond because of its ease of use. Prior to applying an adhesive, place the unit on your head to determine how much lace will need to be trimmed. After the excess hair has been trimmed, you may apply an adhesive to the entire hairline one inch at a time. Please follow the specific application instructions for each type of adhesive for the best results. The lace is then applied over the adhesive and held in place for it to dry. Once the glue has completely dried, the hair can be cut and/or styled.

What is the difference between the adhesives Ultra Hold and Endura Bond?

Ultra Hold and Endura Bond are comprised of different chemical structures. Ultra hold is considered a Soft bond adhesive and Endura Bond is a Hard bond adhesive. Soft bonds are acrylic based and are removed with citrus based removers such as C-22. Endura bond is a Hard bond adhesive and is removed with an acetone-based remover specifically developed for use on skin. Both options offer long holds- you can just decide what best suits you! Ultra hold is good for new lace front wearers because it's easier to remove and reapply. Endura dries faster and offers a rock hard hold that can make it difficult to remove and reapply the unit without soaking it with the remover.


How much lace should I cut off the wig?

Cut all the excess lace from the perimeter of the wig leaving little or no lace visible to the eye.

How do I know what size to get?

Medium fit heads from 21.5" to 22.5". Ninety-five percent of our customers fall into this range. For instructions on how to measure your head size, click here. Your wig should be worn on your natural hairline, approximately four fingers above the eyebrows. The back of the wig should be pulled down to the natural hairline in the back.

How do I care for my wig?

When not in use, always store your wig on a mannequin or wig stand to maintain its shape. Frequency of cleaning will depend on your environment, lifestyle and amount of perspiration. What are the differences between Swiss and French lace?

French lace is more durable than Swiss lace and it is best for new wearers. It is thin, delicate, and natural looking. Swiss lace is the most undetectable of the laces, but the most fragile. This is best for experienced wearers. Swiss lace is fragile and requires skill to be handled and may be torn easily.

Can I sleep, swim, and workout with my Lace Front on?

Yes, your Lace Front will be attached with an adhesive which will secure the wig and allow you to exercise, swim, and sleep without worrying about your wig application.

Do I have to wear makeup to hide the lace?

No, the lace will be cut back to the hairline and it will be attached to your scalp so that it appears as if it is growing out of your scalp. Wearing makeup on your lace is not recommended, once the excess lace is trimmed and applied with an adhesive, it will be undetectable.

What is Remy Indian hair?

Remy hair is the highest quality human hair you can find on the market. It is in its natural state, free from chemical processing of any kind. It only comes in natural colors such as black, off black, dark brown, and medium brown. Remy hair is special because each bundle comes directly from a single donors head. This allows each bundle to keep the consistency of texture, color and length. It is then cleaned and sorted to be packaged. The cuticles of the hair are all intact and facing in the same direction. This eliminates the worrisome pain of tangles and matting.
